All web orders are filled from our Regional Distribution Center in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Orders scheduled for shipment on Werner Electric’s trucks are then routed overnight to the local branch, cross-docked, & delivered on the next possible truck.
Contact your local Werner Electric branch for applicable delivery charges.

You can reset your password from the Login screen to receive an email prompt.
Or you can contact your company administrator to reset your password.
How do I reset my password?
On the top header, select Account
Select My Profile & Click the Edit Pencil
Enter your current password and your new password and select SAVE
How do I order a product if it is not priced?
Please call Werner Electric at 800-769-3701 or contact your Inside Sales Representative.
How do I know if a product is in Stock?
Every Product will show either IN stock or Zero on hand
You can still order an item if there is zero on hand
Do I still have the Ability to
create/save my product groups?
Yes, these are Shopping Lists and they are shared among all the users on the account. Your existing Product Groups in Connection will need to be recreated.
Can I create and maintain my own Part #s?
You can create, delete and maintain your part #s in this system. The Part #s you have already been using in the Connection will be brought over to the new website.
Navigate to the product you want to maintain your Part # on by going to the product detail page and selecting ‘+ Add Customer Part Number’
Add your part number and hit save and you will see your part number added. If you wish to delete one that is already added, hit the X next to the number.
Are there filters?
Yes! Select the Filter icon below and all filters will show on the top of the page. Once filter icon has been selected, it will stay on
What are delivery options to receive the order once it’s placed?
There are two ways to request your order; best way shipping or branch pick up
Best way shipping is the default shipping method associated with your account
Branch Pickup allows you to pick up an order at one of our branches if all the product on your order is in stock
Once you place a branch pickup order it can be picked up between the hours of 7AM -4:30PM.
Where do I find my Invoice or Statement Information?
Please Visit Bill Trust (https://wernermn.billtrust.com) for all invoice and statement information.

Will I receive an order confirmation when my order is submitted?
Yes, you will receive an email along with an attachment that has a copy of your order.
How do I enter a Job Name for my order?
Select the View options for this shopping list and add a note.
How do I change my ship to address?
In the top right corner of the website, select ship to. A list of your Ship To addresses will expand. Select the new ship to you want to use.
How do I add users?
Select Account in the top of the screen next to sign out
Select Users & select “Create User”
Fill out the required fields and assign the user a role & Select Save
As an Admin how do I as assign a Ship To or make a default Ship To?
To assign a Ship To or default Ship To log into your account
Select Account in the top of the page next to sign out
Select the user you want to assign a default Ship To; click on their name
Select the Ship To that you want assigned as a default; select the star to the right of the Ship To and assign a default
To assign the Ship To select the Ship To you want assigned and click on the check mark to the far right of the Ship To
