Changes within the sales and marketing leadership and the development of a customer experience team were designed to optimize resources and create a customer aligned organization.
Sales and Marketing Leadership
This realigned team is designed to focus on providing solutions and services specific to Industrial and Contractor customers segments.
Werner is currently searching for the VP Sales & Marketing, who will be responsible for the deployment of the strategic sales and marketing plan, promoting growth and customer satisfaction.
Tom Giorgi has been named to the newly created position of Senior Director, Industrial Segment, overseeing the Werner industrial products and solutions, supplier strategy and deployment of sales.
Brad Windjue has been named Senior Director, Contractor Segment responsible for product and solutions for contractors, supplier strategy and sales deployment.
Adam Doiron has been named Director of Services. This new position is responsible for growing a team of experts and building a services portfolio to support all customer segments.
Marty Hedlund is the new Business Development Director focused on growing and developing national and strategic accounts.
April Braun will continue as Director of Marketing responsible for the Werner brand strategy and development of customer-focused marketing outcomes.
Customer Experience Leadership
The Customer Experience team is responsible for delivering a consistent experience through the ordering and fulfillment processes for all customer segments.
Nathan Lewis has been named to a newly created VP of Customer Experience, responsible for the overall leadership of the customer experience, including the Inside Sales, Project Coordination, Operations and Logistics functions.
Jeff Kraus is the new Director of Customer Experience responsible for aligning ordering and customer service processes in all eight Werner locations.
The Director of Operations (Open) continues to manage the distribution center, production, and logistics functions.
These new leadership teams continue to be supported by IT, Finance and Human Resources. Positions are effective immediately, however, transitions will continue to occur into Q1 2020.
