I am very pleased with the Web Access for Werner Electric. I have only used the Online Ordering portion of the web site and periodically some of the training opportunities. I find it very fast for navigating around the site. Many times I can be online and find out the availability and price of a product faster than I can call and talk to someone.
The searching for items is very open. If I don’t know the right description or number of a product I can put in a partial, and it will search for everything that comes close. I also like how it shows me what the inventory is in all of the various branches and the price of the items. It lets me choose which item is available and at what cost allowing me to compare the different items to make the right choice. Ordering is easy on the site, especially being able to tag our numbers to individual items and have them come up when we enter that in.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks to you and your team for your outstanding work yesterday getting this replacement drive out on 8 hours notice. This level of support is one of our primary drivers for buying our MCEs from your company. I know perfectly well the challenge you face in getting an organization the size of AB to ship costly material on a customer's word.

THANK YOU!!!! Thank everyone at Werner Electric for making the Saints event so special! My family had an absolutely fabulous time! Even the weather was perfect! Not sure how you did that, but it certainly was enjoyable! Thank you again!

Troy the guys on the jobsite had nothing but good things to say about the pulling heads. We have never seen them let alone used them before. We had to pull in 600MCM wire over 300', it made things a lot easier tying those on to the tugger. We will definitely be using these every time we have runs like this to pull.

Thanks again!

I will remember the Power Summit as an impressive display of vendors and customers all assembled under the Werner roof. I learned more about the current rebates available from Xcel Energy and the process for applying for those rebates. Also learned about many of the supporting vendors and the products they offer to save energy and provide more efficiently operating systems. Events like the Power Summit solidify the relationship between Werner and its key vendors by creating leads and immediate opportunities to pursue together. The ultimate goal is to sell more products, and the customers in attendance view Werner and the vendors as experts in Power. It also gives the customers a strong signal that Werner and the assembled vendors are strong go-to market partners. Events like this are beneficial for the customers, the vendor sales force and the distributor sales force. Everyone leaves the event smarter than when they arrived. We are very proud to be associated with the Werner Team and glad to be a part of events like the Power Summit.

Thanks a million for your help. For providing options, being willing to negotiate pricing and for coordinating the details. No wonder people think they are your only customer!

I wish to let you know about an exceptional customer service experience I had with [Werner Electric's] employee Andy Myers. I don’t work in the purchasing department and do not typically contact our suppliers however one of my field service technicians contacted me on an urgent need that needed attending to immediately. Andy was able to provide a part number, pricing and availability to me on the spot and help me expedite the order so that it would make a same day shipment. He even followed up with a tracking number within the hour. The cost of the part itself was not all that much; however, it will save our customer thousands of dollars in preventing down time. I’m sure the customer along with Thermo Fisher appreciates the extra efforts Andy provided. He is a prime example of great customer service!!!

What is Social Bookmarking?
Social bookmarking is a relatively new technology that has changed the way people experience the Web by allowing users to store, classify, rate, comment on and search for links to any website or blog.

Once a Werner page is linked back to one of these sites, other users can then read it as well as post comments and related links. Instead of a search engine, you can find interesting links through a site's community of users, thereby transforming navigation of the Internet into a "social" experience.

We encourage everyone to visit the sites listed above to learn more about their Social Bookmarking features. Each offers a similar but distinct interface to fulfill your net navigation needs. So start sharing!
